I’m filing this under Point of Views and it seems very apt. I watched the debate on C-SPAN tonight and if you didn’t see the reactions of President Bush to various incisive comments made by Senator Kerry, you certainly missed something.
There were some reports that the networks wouldn’t show the reactions of the candidates to comments and I’m not sure how they eventually did it. C-SPAN divided the screen into two and showed both candidates the entire time. They surely had the right Point of View!

It was also really clear who showed the intellectual superiority in the debate. President Bush has a lot to do now to catch up in the other two debates.

I watched the split screen as well, and it was clear that Kerry was in control both in poise and intellect. Bush just looked unprepared and unable to be coherent, and dare I say, presidential.
Unfortunately, I had a class at that time. I wonder, if I can get a copy of it somewhere. Or else, wait for the next 2 debates.
Most big media networks have video of the entire debate. Look at New York Times, CNN, CSPAN, Fox, CBS, ABC etc… They also have transcripts.
Also checkout Democrats.org. They have some video.
Torrentocracy has a torrent of the mp3 of the debate.
